Yaniv Yehuda Co-CEO and CTO
Yaniv is the founder and owner of dbMaestro. Yaniv is also the co-founder, Co-CEO and the head of development of Extreme Technology, an IT service provider for the Israeli market. During his role in Extreme, Yaniv dealt with mega-size project development in heterogeneous technologies and in tier1 of the Israeli banks, government and global firms. Prior to that, Yaniv was a co-founder, Co-CEO and CTO of byUman Inc, an innovative solution for managing web-enabled contact center. Yaniv began his career at one of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Centers where he served in several software engineering and management roles. Yaniv holds a B.Sc. degree in Business and management from Bar-Ilan university. |

Extreme Technology is a privately held company and under his management employs more than 200 IT professionals and serves more than 50 biggest customer in Israel. Uri Margalit Products Director
Uri is a product executive, who brings over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in taking new ideas to the market. With a passion for understanding and translating market requirements into working products and solutions, Uri is able to effectively lead Product teams in the enterprise software, systems management. Prior to joining dbMaestro, Uri held senior Product Management and R&D Management positions in SafePeak – a leading company in the area of performance and scalability of enterprise application systems, Symantec - Information storage and security services, and VERITAS Software, which merged with Symantec in 2005 and Precise Software, which was acquired by VERITAS in 2002. Uri earned a BA in Sciences from the Open University. |
Julia Ballos R&D Director
Julia brings over 10 years of professional experience in a complex technology environments. Prior to joining dbMaestro, Julia was an R&D Manager at Extreme Technologies where she led a wide variety of software development projects including networking and connectivity, IT and telecom management, and security. Julia began her career in the Israeli Navy Computer Center where she served in different roles of development and management. Julia holds a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science from the Ben-Gurion University. |
Roni Einav Strategic Advisor
Mr. Roni Einav started his professional entrepreneurship activities in the Seventies ,as one of the first entrepreneurs in the Israeli High Tech industry while he founded Einav Systems. He established Einav Hi Tec Assets ,an investment company focused on technology ventures, many years later and he is currently active as its Chairman. Roni has founded over 25 venture investments during its more than 35 years of operation. These have included Liraz Computers [became public in TASE] ,New Dimension Software [became public in NASDAQ and was acquired by BMC Software] ,Jacada [public in NASDAQ] , Axxana, CrediView,CeDimension, ComDa, Einav Computer Systems, Einav Systems, M-Photo, Eurekify [was acquired by CA] ,endless-spaces, Peak Dynamics and more. He was the chairman [or director] of many of those companies. |
Ariel Gordon Strategic Advisor
Ariel served as Chief Technology Officer at BMC software Inc. At BMC, Ariel was behind the creation of BMC’s Business Service Management (BSM) strategy and behind the creation of BSM enabling technologies like the Atrium Integration infrastructure. BSM was adopted by all major systems management vendors and is now a leading industry trend. Prior to joining BMC, Ariel served in a number of key roles including VP of R&D and CTO of New Dimension Software, later acquired by BMC for over $650M. |
