The Mamtam (A.K.A Hebrew acronym for IT, Processes and Computing) unit provides the technological and computerbased solutions within the Israel Navy. The unit deals with the software solutions and infrastructure services for the Navy as a whole. The Israel Navy is one of the top strategic army corps protecting the security of the country. Investment in a database management tool for monitoring and controlling changes with decision support for the head of development and DBAs; a tool to enable team leaders to cross-examine and present the changes in the database and display such changes in real time. Also, reconciliation, packaging and distribution of the changes among the various databases.
