On March 14, 2024, IBM LATAM held an Automation Briefing at the IBM Innovation Studio in New York. IBM clients from all of Latin America participated. The days were intense and full of relevant information about the challenges of the market in terms of IT Automation, Value Generation through APIs and Events, FinOps, Observability, and more.
